A1. At first, the price we quote are all wholesale price. Meanwhile, our best price will be offered according 

to the order quantity, so please tell us your purchase quantity when you inquire.

Q2. Are you a manufacturer?

A2. Yes, we are manufacturer/factory of sensors. And for other auto parts, we have long-term cooperation relationship with some factories, so we always can get the most competitive price with good quality.

Q3. What about your service?

A3. 1) In Time. We will reply you for your inquiry in 24 hours.
      2) Carefully. Pre-sales, we will use our software to check correct OE number, avoid error. After sending, we will track the products for you once every two days, until you get the products. When you got the goods, test them, and give me a feedback. If you have any questions about the problem, contact with us, we will offer the solve way for you.

Q4. What the sample cost?

A4. Please contact our sales, and tell them your required models, they will check the sample cost[some are free] for you. And the delivery cost paid by customers.

Q5. What about the payment terms?

A5. FOB, EXW, CFR and CIF are accepted.

Q6. What is the MOQ?

A6. (1). If we have stocks, then no limited on minimum order quantity.

      (2). If we don’t, please contact with our sales, different items are different.

Q7. Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?

A7. Yes, we can. Customized orders are also welcomed.

Q8. Delivery time?

A8. Sample for 3~7 days, mass products 15~30 days for 1*20GP & 40HQ.

Q9. What can I do if the item damaged during transportation?

A9. Our customer service staffs will help you with any questions or concerns. Under any 

circumstance,we will pack products well before shipping. So if any damage on 

products,please take  pictures  for us. We will figure out a solve way.
